Sandy Garcia serves as Associate Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Behavioral Health for Cadence Clinical Services. She brings over 37 years of healthcare experience, previously serving as a Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer for several acute care facilities. Her experience ranges from large tertiary care facilities to small rural hospitals. She has also worked with the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense with emphasis on quality and accreditation preparation and recovery for Behavioral Health, Ambulatory, Nursing Care Centers, and Hospitals.
