Sandy Garcia serves as Associate Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Behavioral Health for Cadence Clinical Services. She brings over 37 years of healthcare experience, previously serving as a Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer for several acute care facilities. Her experience ranges from large tertiary care facilities to small rural hospitals. Dr. Jill Larkin serves as Accredited Program Director for Cadence Clinical Services. She is an experienced nurse leader in rural, community and large academic health systems with a broad skill set in a variety of areas such as operations, education, quality, patient and employee engagement and strategic planning. She brings almost 40 years of experience driving change, supporting leaders, and prioritizing initiatives. Within the ever-changing healthcare environment, Jill is able to help connect quality/safety, patient experience, and information systems to patient, employee, and financial outcomes.

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Kristine Keefer Wolff serves as Chief Clinical Officer for Ovation Healthcare. She has more than 25 years of system and business unit level health care experience with a history of creating and improving workplace culture, employee engagements, and patient outcomes. She is known as a transformational leader skilled at relationship building with internal and external partners. Kristine has worked in many complex environments, always striving for the best possible outcomes by keeping the patient as the guidepost.

Michele Back serves as the Senior Director of Quality and Safety for Cadence Clinical Services. She brings experience as a healthcare leader and consultant who works collaboratively with clients to manage ongoing healthcare challenges, developing evidence-based solutions that achieve benchmark clinical outcomes for safety, high quality, and cost-effective care.
